As part of its commitment to responsible investment and achieving net zero carbon across its portfolio, Orchard Street Investment Management commissioned Lynx Sustainable Solutions to deliver a rooftop solar PV installation at the Iceland Food Warehouse on Kingsway Retail Park in Derby.
The 123 KWP installation—totalling 123 kWp system is expected to generate 105 MWh of clean electricity annually, resulting in projected energy cost savings of £30,000 per year and an annual carbon reduction of over 22 tonnes of CO₂.
This strategic investment supports Orchard Street’s long-term sustainability goals, outlined in its Roadmap to Net Zero Carbon.
